Description
Amy Geiger is the Director of FLEX Talent Solutions which is part of Marriot International.  She has championed the Fortune 100 organization’s internally run program, expanded its boundaries and bolstered its capabilities. In June, she launched a direct sourcing program to build out Marriott’s talent pools and benefit from its employer brand. And after a year-long RFP, she is also implementing a new VMS to launch by early next year. And in July, she eliminated Marriott’s MSP, bringing all supplier relationships in-house and placing full control of all US contingent labor channels under one umbrella.  In addition, Marriott is introducing an independent contractor compliance program this year, which will launch in tandem with a statement-of-work module in the new VMS. Amy shares her journey to self-confidence and how she was able to build it by seeing it as a set of stairs to reach her full potential. She is also part of the USPAACC WISE, a program intended for AAPI Women that would strategically address core issues and create lasting impact in their professional and personal lives, thus empowering and uplifting them in creating and choosing their own personal choices.
