Nick quotes a study that demonstrates that EFT, a combination of talk therapy and a body therapy - acupuncture, is a greater reducer of stress than talk therapy alone. I’m a psychotherapist and I’m going to suggest everyone listen to this podcast for a quick thorough explanation of why they should be tapping!
