Episode 52 returns to a discussion on issues concerning senior educational leadership, as we catch up with Moira Fischbacher-Smith from The University of Glasgow. Moira is the Vice-Principal for Learning and Teaching and is responsible for driving the Universities educational strategy and so we get stuck into all that -  covering teaching, scholarship, promotions and more.... oh, and we might happen to mention her love of dogs a couple of times.
