Michelle has a depth of experience in curriculum development, coordination and delivery. She has successfully pioneered EDI initiatives in the anatomy curriculum at Glasgow, which carry principles that can easily translate to other disciplines. We discuss her journey in developing this aspect of the curriculum and she shares some insights in how to get started if you are looking to do the same.
