In episode 19 we have a lovely chat with Professor Sally Curtis (our first Covid lockdown interview!) who is the newly appointed Deputy Head of School Education in the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Southampton. Despite talking remotely, Sally's passionate and committed enthusiasm towards widening participation is abundantly clear. We discuss her inclusive approach and how she fosters self-belief and embraces the tremendous value of her students.
