In episode 24 we catch up with Jane Wilkinson, who is is Associate Dean, Education in the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Southampton. As a consultant, Jane has developed a home ventilation service, contributed to the lung cancer team, and worked with the sleep-disordered breathing service. She has been hugely influential within Medical Education at Southampton and we discuss her approach to leadership, educational strategies and the importance of the student experience.
