My news source
I don’t watch TV news anymore. I also don’t read newspapers or listen to radio news. Instead I listen to TED Talks Daily, the TED Radio Hour and TED Interviews. These are my sources of news. With regard to my local news ... if it’s really important someone will tell me about it! The people presented in the TED programs are changing our world in positive ways, or informing us of the ways their ideas could be misused. As the director of TED, Chris Anderson introduces us in the TED Interviews to influencers of the highest calibre. He asks these people insightful and thought provoking questions. I don’t understand all they speak about (e.g. the program on consciousness) but I am stretched intellectually and inspired to discuss what I have heard or learnt with my peers. Thank you for providing such rich information and keeping me educated about the real news of today.

Elizabeth Gilbert so thoughtfully, insightfully shares the last few years of her very well-lived life.

Each podcast so far as been insightful, educational, thought provoking and generally enjoyable. Editing, flow and clarity are well done. I look forward to the next one. Keep up the great work!
