Good- whenever we hear this word, we feel desired or approved of. It reflects that, whatever the word "good" is associated with, is just accepted and appreciated by whoever says this word. Jocko's "Good" ideology has helped him deal with massive setbacks, failures, delays, defeats, and disasters all throughout his life of being a Navy SEAL. He deals with them in a fairly simple way- by saying "good".
