Episode 71 Dr Joseph Parent Best Episode yet
This was my favourite of many favourites of the Tennis Files Podcast. I am a Family Physician with a special interest in sports medicine and a sports (tennis/baseball) parent. Dr Joe’s advice was so clear, consistent and compelling that I went and downloaded his Kindle ebook and the associated Audible book straight away. I am going to start a daily morning mindfulness routine for myself and the kids and try and start putting his advice into practice. It is the best way of explaining the mental fitness aspect of sports I have read in a long time and the first one I can see that my kids and patients will relate to. I’ve never written a podcast review before and it took me ages to find out where to do it, so sorry it’s a bit long but I was so inspired I felt I had to encourage other people to listen to it too.

I have a junior girl player and being a non tennis playing athletic father I’m always looking for insight to help her. This has been a very good resource for me . Thanks a lot. Keep it up , you can’t know how much you help us on her journey.
