Charlcie Norris

Description
Though she's never been a stranger to running, Bradley County native Charlcie Norris hasn't always loved it the way she does now. In fact, she might tell you that she used to loathe it. But what used to be viewed simply as a dreaded workout for basketball, turned into an outlet for adventure, activity, and quality time with her dog Mickey -- especially once she discovered trail running. Learn how Charlcie managed to fit in training for (her first!) two ultra races this past year, how strength training factors into her workouts, and what it is like to work grueling hours at a hospital while attempting to keep exercise and health a priority.
