Lee Forde former Rock and Roll lighting designer during the 80's and 90's who during 15 years on the road went through the ranks from lighting and set design to production management and eventually Tour management. When Lee came off the road he moved into venues again going through the ranks from production management to operations management and eventually general manager. Lee has work in Arenas and convention centres across the globe and now advises international governments on their plans for such venues.
