Episode Nine! Late summer 2019 Mork got to live out a dream. To have the music pave the way to Los Angeles, has been a longtime ambition of mine. Last year it did. Join Mork sound-engineer, Espen, and yours truly as we tell the tale about «Mork Do America». A «Beavis & Butt-head» reference, for those who didn’t get it. California dreaming, baby. Or, «Californian Hunger». Enjoy! Merch: morkisebakke.no Check out the pictures by PunkRockPhoto of the trip...

Number seven! This time I am joined by my good friend Dirk Verbeuren who happens to be the drummer in one of my all time fave bands, Megadeth. This guys resume is vast and impressive, so we did not even get to scrape the top of it in this chat. However, we talk about his background, life and involvement in Megadeth, Cadaver, Satyricon and so on. After the fact, I noticed that I totally forgot about his involvement in Soilwork, which also has been a big part of his career. Always a good time...

5 episodes, special guest number 3, not bad! My good friend and Black Metal-icon, (Erkekjetter) Silenoz of Dimmu Borgir and Insidious Disease joined me recently over a beer and a history lesson. Onward we go, to episode 4. The first official outside guest appears. Anders Odden is a personality that's been around for a long while, within the Norwegian music scene. He is most known today as the bassist for Satyricon, main-man of the death metal-band Cadaver and as guitarist in the Black Metal-band Order. I have a phone-call conversation with Anders where we talk about the early Black Metal days, Cadaver, Satyricon and more.
