“I have been enjoying the podcast very much. The interviews are very relaxed and friendly. And as I have not met any Norwegian black metal musicians personally, this has been a bit of a surprise.
As a result of listening I have discovered Mork. The style of this band I find very appealing. I have been listening to black metal since I was a teen. Burzum and Bathory. I feel most alligned with one man bands with a singular estetic vision. And Mork is a perfect mix of modern black metal structure with a pure traditional black metal sound.
After listening to the podcast with Marius, I picked up a guitar again. For Mortem to release such a killer album after a long haiatus is a special and inspiring feat.
