 We're seeing so many new golf courses come to market over the last few years which is awfully exciting, but the question that always remains for us is will these courses grow up well or not? It's awesome for a golf course to excite on the first time through, but there are certain things that architects can do that excite us the first time through but don't have as much to provide on return trips. The greens, strategy informed by tee balls, and consistency of experience are some of the specific things we call out  that are important in how good a golf course is and how likely it is to be consistently good for years and years to come rather than just at first look.
