Too much “like” and obsessed with Goggins
This is a tricky one, while I have found a lot of inspiration in some of the episodes, I do find it difficult to listen to because of the amount of “like’s” and “a’s” and “um.” He also gets on weird tangents and he rides his own di** a lot.. also Goggin’s. He is OBSESSED with Goggins. Having a one time interaction with the dude doesn’t mean you two are going to race across America, he doesn’t have time for that. Also obsessed with hallucinating. A bit of fine tuning and research about his guests would go a far way. It’s pretty wild to see how far he has come.

More reviews of The Training For Ultra Podcast with Rob Steger
I’ve been gearing up to run my first ultra for almost two years now. As someone who loves being active but has ZERO natural talent I appreciate Rob’s perspective. Listening to his podcasts in the car with my husband has also gotten the hubby pumped about running ultras too! What a bonus :)

I've been following Rob since he was in Columbus running the Rocks and Roots series. Little did I know we were running the same race! Reliving the past couple years of his training and his background has been eye opening and making me want to train for more! IG: @Ironman_EnckRead full review »

Host is really hard to listen to...talks slow and just not a very dynamic speaker, talks about himself too much. The best podcasts are about the guests, not the host. He gets great guests though!
