Fantastic podcast - recommend
This is a well researched and well written podcast. I definitely recommend it. The reviewers who say it is cop bashing have clearly not listened to it. The cops are the victims in the story from an over zealous and crooked DAs office. The cops don’t lead the investigation, an investigator from the DAs office did, and that leads me to my main take away from the podcast. It is terrifying how much power a crooked DA has. Watch out if their sensitive ego has been bruised from not winning enough cases and from not having the ability to weather hits in the court room. I wonder, how do you become a DA and not yet know that the court room is a battle ground? How do you become a DA without growing the thick skin needed in that field or without learning how to not take losses or court room tactics personally? And why do DAs seem to think the public should agree with them always, not because they have presented a good and compelling case, but because they are themselves?

The show is excellent, but the excessive ad use is way over the top.

I love this podcast, even though it has some tragedies. Candid interviews and great reporting.
