Talk less / listen more
Howard asks very good insightful questions. Unfortunately he talks more and listens less which makes his interviewing style compromised. It seems like he wishes to impress his listeners with his broad use of the English language and his insightful questions therefore diluting the entire flow and the listeners experience. If Howard could ask the question then get out the way….he would score 5 stars. It may be an ego thing. Hope he can adjust.
