Jonathan Andrews was diagnosed with autism at the age of 9, but never saw this as a barrier to achieving his dreams. Throughout his life and his career, he has been a champion for autism education and social mobility. In honour of National Entrepreneurship Week, we sat down with Jonathan Lea, founder of The Jonathan Lea Network, to learn more about how he started his business and the support he offers other entrepreneurs. Jonathan studied the GDL and LPC with us, graduating in 2004, and went on to start his own business providing legal content and business law services for entrepreneurs, technology startups and dynamic private companies in the UK.

The University of Law hosted the fourth Miranda Brawn Diversity Leadership Foundation (MBDLF) Annual Lecture at our Moorgate campus in October 2019. The MBDLF is a non-profit charity, founded by ULaw alumna Miranda Brawn in January 2016. The award-winning programme works to increase diversity across professional sectors in the UK and to close the diversity gap through award-giving, annual lectures and mentorship. The theme of this year's lecture was "How To Use Your Voice for Inclusion".
