Chelsea discuss challenges in dating scene, how body image may potentially affect someone’s dating experience, and red/green flags to look out for in a partner. Chelsea Shafer, RD, LD, CYT graduated from Purdue University in 2020 and completed her 1200 hours of supervised practice at the Wellness Workdays Dietetic Internship where she specialized in sports nutrition and entrepreneurship.  Fast forward to now, Chelsea is a proud Registered Dietitian and unbelievably grateful for the opportunities she has to help people live healthier, happier lives and accept their bodies.  Currently, Chelsea works as a registered dietitian at Happy Strong Healthy and is teaching yoga at a local studio in Atlantic Beach, Florida.  Chelsea spends all her free time with her sister and 5 month old nephew, reading, traveling, and getting outdoors.
