This week 1987 500cc Motorcycle World Champion Wayne Gardner joins the V8 Sleuth Podcast powered by Timken. In Part 1, we talk about his very first test of a touring car - which pre-dated his world title! - his Bathurst debut in 1992, and his full-time arrival in the sport in 1993. Wayne also talks in detail about that tumultuous first year with the Holden Racing Team, a partnership that ended acrimoniously and led to the creation of Wayne Gardner Racing.
