I am not alone!
After my first C section in June 2021 for failure to progress, I said there was NO WAY I would ever put my body through an attempt at labor and delivery again. I am now pregnant with my second, and thanks to the VBAC Link podcast I have learned so much more about vaginal birth, and I have changed my mind. I now feel comfortable attempting a VBAC, and also feel comfortable with the possibility of a CBAC. With no friends or family who have any experience with VBAC, there are times I have felt alone as I prepare for my delivery in January/February 2023. When I listen to the VBAC link podcast and participate in the Facebook group, I know that I am not alone by any means, and I have a community of wonderful, kind people supporting me.
