Listening from Canada! I found your podcast after listening to Meagan’s interview on My Essential Birth podcast, and I’ve been binge listening since. Fortunately I managed a vaginal birth the first time around (after 36 hours of labour and an OP baby), I am now preparing for the birth of our second at Christmas 2022! I’m hoping things go better this time around, but I know that being prepared for whatever happens is key. I think these stories resonate with me especially, as my mother had five vaginal births after five c-sections, and she always encouraged her daughters to avoid a C-section if possible, and try for vaginal birth. My sister has had two C-sections, so I sent her the link to your podcast hoping to encourage her to advocate for herself when she is expecting again. Thanks for all the great work!
