To Say this is empowering...would be an understatement!
First off...I rarely take the time to write reviews...but this called for an exception!!! I am just over half way thru my third pregnancy with two prior c-sections. We made (well I made, hubs was not on board at first!) the decision to go for a VBAC this time as my last recovery was really tough. I started to research VBACS and realized pretty quick, that my last repeat c-section was clearly NOT my only option. Finding this podcast has been life changing. I started listening A week or so ago and have been binge listening ever since! I will no doubt get thru all episodes before this baby is born! Not only have I learned and gained so much knowledge on the birthing process and vbacs themselves...I have been uplifted and inspired that I can do it too!!! It has given me so much faith in the process and has provided me with so many tools and resources to hopefully have a successful VBA2C myself. Thank you Julie and Maegan for not just the work you do with women as Doulas but for bringing the stories to all of us listeners to give us the hope and empowerment we need to play active roles in our pregnancies and births and for putting out all the facts, risks and benefits. I will be forever grateful for you ladies and the role you have already played in our pregnancy and I hope in 18 or so weeks I can share my VBAC success with you...you have played such a huge role in it already...Thank you so much!

Everyone needs to hear the truth in this podcast! SO many women have false beliefs about Vbac and now I have a place to send them to hear stories that address hard topics in such an uplifting way. Can’t stop listening!

I’m what I like to consider a still pretty new mama but I am also a c section mom. For a while, I really thought that’s what I would always be. I hit some pretty dark places but this podcast has given me light. I listen to multiple episodes a day and have a long stream of notes on my phone. Let...Read full review »

Thank you thank you thank you. This podcast was my saving grace, could not have had my VBAC without these ladies and their stories of encouragement and wisdom. A must listen to anyone wanting to TOLAC. Keep up the great work I thoroughly enjoyed listening. Ladies we can do hard things!
