I always thought it mattered what the animal are that I was eating. I thought I wasn’t eating hormones if I bought the the right kind of meat. What a joke. Those animals obviously are made of hormones - why would I eat them no matter what they were fed 🤦🏻‍♀️ lol. This podcast helped me shed pounds and get lean and healthy
