Best source of basketball information if you really want to improve
First of all I want to thank you Coach, before the pandemic I was a lackluster player, barely averaging 2 ppg and rarely touching the ball, then Covid hit and I found your channel, I had tryed to watch countless youtube videos on how I could improve but none of them really helped as much as your videos did. Only a month into using your workouts, technique, philosophy, and mindset/mentality, I saw myself as acompletely different basketball player. I just came back from a scrimmage and the same shots i’ve been practicing I was hitting consistently in game. And even if I missed a layup/shot or made a mistake on a play I didn’t let it take me down and I moved on with a next play mindset, I can’t wait to play on my high school basketball team and dominate.

This is a great podcast and I love it. I notice that I am a little slow on the court and not so quick on my feet. Do you know anything to fix this? Thanks for the weekly advice!

Excellent advice for anyone trying to improve their game regardless of their level. Definitely have incorporated more random training into my routine which has translated a lot better to game situations
