Perfect levels of work stuff, fun
Out of all the voice over industry podcasts I listen to this is by far my favourite. The girls are so warm and homely and ridiculously easy to listen to. Although they cover a lot of industry related topics that could be quite dry they do it in such an engaging and entertaining way that each episode just flies by. Being a relative newcomer to the industry it also doesn’t rely on too heavily on technical jargon that would go over the head of those less informed listeners. Fun segments like Show-Off’s Corner are also a hit with me! EDIT (a few years later from my first review); I got asked to record a Trans-Atlantic accent the other day which is not something I’ve had to do before. I remembered there was an episode on it a few years back so I went and found it and listened to all the advice given. This podcast is not only a great listen BUT it’s also a valuable online resource now because of its huge back catalogue - thank you VO Social!! x

Nic and Leah are like a breath of fresh air! Happy, quirky, and sometimes with a hint of gin! But most importantly this fun relaxing podcast is full of golden nuggets of wisdom from genuenly wonderful hosts and amazing guests. It really is worthy of 10+ stars! Do yourself a favour and subscribe too.
