"The Weepy-Voice Killer" Paul Michael Stephani
Listen now
Description
Perpetrators of murders don’t usually call 911 on themselves, neither do they beg to be caught. Paul Michael Stefani, the Weepy voiced Killer, however, did just that. And then he would do it over and over again. In the early 1980’s Minnesota law enforcement would be plagued by a series of bizarre and anonymous 911 calls – confessions of murder given by the high pitched, panicked voice of a man who was viciously murdering women around Miniappolis and St. Paul – an area also known as the twin cities.
