spaciousness
this is a true source of spaciousness. i would say it is the most important source of wisdom in my life, second only to meditation and going inward itself. here, there is such a depth of clarity and generosity in the teaching. it seems that no matter what may be coming up in my life, i always find some part of the episode that shines light upon it. i am so grateful for those that hold this space, the ripple of your impact flows far and wide. thank you with all my heart. may this space continue to bring lightness to all who listen.

I have been a fan of Thich Nhat Hanh’s work for a while now. This podcast has provided me with clarity which is much needed in my life right now. Thank you!

It’s a beautiful podcast by a lovely presenter on his journey in Thich naht hahns teachings but please please pronounce the Brother as “Brother Fah Pho” not “Brother Fat Poo” as you keep on doing! Makes me cringe every time! X

The heart and spirit of the Plum Village tradition shines through each lovely moment of this podcast. The humour and good nature of the presenters ground this podcast in what it looks like to be mindful in the context of our modern, busy lives.
