Helping me find peace as I navigate my trauma
This podcast has been such a gift to me. It has helped to navigate emotions I find difficult, and given me the push to provide myself with self-compassion when I don’t manage things in a skillful manner. I so appreciate being able to saturate my mind with these positive teachings that are applicable to daily life in the form of a podcast. As a mother with a small child they help to increase my patience while also being accessible in this form since my time is limited. When I do have time to sit and read and study the podcast reinforces what I learn and vice versa. Thank you so much to Brother Phap Huu und Jo Confino for the time and love that you put into this podcast. Flowers to you ☺️

I was one of the many thousands who watched all of the daily ceremonies for Thich Nhat Hahn and was so deeply moved during those days. Know that we held you in our arms and supported you, cried with you and all of the...Read full review »
