With consistently low approval ratings, Biden barely keeps up with Trump in national polls and trails behind him in most swing states (though there's been a bit of positive movement lately).

The House voted to hold Attorney General Merrick Garland in contempt for withholding President Biden's interview audio in a classified documents case. The 216-207 vote was split along party lines, with only one Republican, Rep. David Joyce, voting against it.
