Mad Max 2: The Road Warrior allowed director George Miller to take the concepts and character from the 1979 original and really put the boot in. That meant a bigger myth, bigger stunts, bigger men, more butts cut out of leather trousers. And the result was a lot of the iconic imagery we know of the character even today. Forty years on it still holds up and it's influence has been felt across multipe other media propeties. MAD MAX. Mad Max.
