“To be fair, I’ve only listened to a few episodes that hopefully were not representative, but I was disappointed that the majority of the content was the host rambling about herself (how many times can you use the word “I” in one five minute directionless and self-congratulatory monologue??) or promoting her guest’s book or course and very little actual actionable advice. Super bummer.”
