“I would consider Wim Hof and Jordan Peterson to be my hero’s at this point in my life and indeed hero’s that the world needs right now. Listening to hour long pod casts can reveal so many pearls that will enhance your life and i also do the breathing whilst listening. The words are so real and genuinely from the heart that its almost like- if not better than a sound bath and i find that i am able to hold my breath longer by listening, to what is essentially revelations of the human spirit. I found Jordan Petersons first book so amazing that i wrote out 14, 000 words of it in a separate book as a quick reference read of what i consider to be the essence, and i have started doing the same with his new book also. Wim’s book THE WIM HOF METHOD is also an amazing book which has enabled me to take cold showers most days for the past few months and i even took my children swimming in a local river the other day in a rock pool in the woods in the Heart of Wales. It was an amazing experience and my children thanked me from a truly honest place for an amazing experience, which it was, because i felt it too, being in nature to the fullest extent and the cold just disappeared into the present moment, a moment that will last forever in my memories. Whilst listening to the second Jordan Peterson pod cast i saw him as JOB with God testing him, and without his past year of troubles Wim and Jordan’s paths would probably never have crossed. This is fate. And good things will come of it. These pod casts would have been Carl Rogers’s dream for they bring out the essence of the speakers souls which is true to how they feel in the moment and develops into a conversation which not only benefits the speakers but countless thousands and hopefully millions of listeners. And Russel Brand is just a powerhouse for truth and social justice at the moment.
