Changing the World One Life at a Time
Wim, your book and these podcasts have altered how I am approaching each new day. I have always thought of myself as a very spiritually grounded individual and yet I’ve struggled through so many stages throughout the years on this beautiful earth. I have been on a mission to heal myself within, so that I can show up for myself, my children, my husband and all of those around me as love, with pure acceptance. I have come a long way and I am pleased with the work that has been done. It has been a very trying path. I have been so blessed throughout my life with close family, friends, husband, and 5 incredible daughters. I have struggled with not being enough. I am learning that I am enough. I recently attended a breathing, sauna, plunge session that my oldest daughter continually asked me and my husband to join her and just try it. She said over and over, “Mom, I think you will really like it!” We finally accepted the challenge and it resonated so deeply that it is now a pull to return daily. Cold weather and feeling cold has been such a difficult part in my life. I now crave the cold water. To sit and let it all go and just be, is one of the most beautiful ,exhilarating, grounding, spiritual moments in my day. I want to thank you for sharing this to the world. Your example has changed my life. I am excited for it to pour over and hopefully help others. Thank you for changing one life at a time. You have given me a gift of purity and love. I am filled with gratitude. I have a love for you, your son, your wife and all of your children. Your love and passion is fascinating and has drawn me deeper into myself. Now, I would like to say that my “One Thing” is to spread the word of being able to heal from the inside out through mindful breathing, embracing the cold, while letting it go. Thank you and I hope you and your som will do more podcasts. They are beautiful and incredibly healing. -Kim Mangel

Hey
What happened to the podcast?

I had to unfollow. Redundant information each time. Also pretty sure Wim said things that should be considered sexual harassment on each and every episode. He did come up with a groundbreaking method, it works wonders, but I guess that doesn’t stop you from being a creep.

I’m sure there will be great conversations filled with depth, love, laughter and wisdom.
