Stay on topic
Season 1 was covered very well. Episodes were actually discussed in full. Starting with season 2 and moreso in season 3 the discussions weren’t as episode-centric as they could have been. Crucial events were sometimes glossed over and the episode discussions weren’t as in depth as they should have been. For me season 3 went off the rails more than a few times in the face of unnecessary political discussions and other soap box diatribes nowhere near related to the show. Too much veering off topic for my liking.

More reviews of 'The Wire'
I just started watching the show and was hoping to watch the show and follow along with these episodes. But that is not possible as these episodes are filled with spoilers. This was advertised as if you could watch for the first time, but it is not possible. I will be unsubscribing.

Interesting and engaging discussion of the episode (only Pilot released so far) but the hosts do reveal some rough plot points from much later seasons. I’m watching The Wire for the first time so might need to come back to this when I’ve finished every season!

Great commentary. FAR too much cursing.
