Sunday Morning
The wire is such a good show. This podcast aims to do it justice. The characters I want more of are slim Charles and the fools that risked the coops name by shooting a crown of Omar’s momma head. I have early reactions. - the misjudging of Mcnulty is due to his belief in “real police” he is disillusioned with the incompetence of the career detectives and force around him - McNulty knows that by bringing the turning of the witness to the judge that the judge will make that call. He set the ball rolling by holding the judge on the only thing he care about the sanctity of his courtroom. - not dubbing the n word from van about Bunk is a good precedent to follow

Dig the podcast, but for some reason it won’t play on Sonos (either through tune-in or Spotify). Same w Book of Basketball.

Smart and I love both episodes. Randy Wagstaff is the character that breaks my heart.

I was late to the wire but excited to listen to the episode by episode analysis by two voices who clearly know and understand the show. Can’t wait for more.
