“Where do i begin!?! Phenomenal, amazing and to use my 13 year old sons word, Epic, podcast out there :)
I finally feel like the information on ADHD/neurodivergent children and adults-is not only accurate BUT understood and in such a positive and nonjudgemental way!!!
Holy the host, is one of the most informative, kind, soothing and friendly podcast hosts-Holly and all of her guest speakers are lighthearted in their approach, and, outlook on ADHD and the issues that come along with ADHD, which is contagious.
I know i can get very bogged down in thinking my sons struggles are here to stay and just negative and permanent.
