The most amazing podcast
Where do i begin!?! Phenomenal, amazing and to use my 13 year old sons word, Epic, podcast out there :) I finally feel like the information on ADHD/neurodivergent children and adults-is not only accurate BUT understood and in such a positive and nonjudgemental way!!! Holy the host, is one of the most informative, kind, soothing and friendly podcast hosts-Holly and all of her guest speakers are lighthearted in their approach, and, outlook on ADHD and the issues that come along with ADHD, which is contagious. I know i can get very bogged down in thinking my sons struggles are here to stay and just negative and permanent. Once I listen to Holly and her guest speakers, I The suggestions, tips, and stories that are shared are enlightening and so helpful for you to put into play in your life everyday! Tune in everyday, I do and you will be filled with hope, knowledge and a positive outlook towards what you can do to help your child, learn, thrive and grow!!! Thank you Holly and thank you to all of your guest speakers who truly help me and my son and countless other moms, dads, kids and adults!! You are amazing and ROCK!!!

Holly is a kind wonderful therapist who knows how to easily and effectively connect with kids and parents. In these podcasts she shares her vast knowledge. It’s educational, entertaining, and supportive. Holly is wonderful!
