“Zach Shaw has a very bad habit on going off on multi-minute tangents that have no bearing on his original point.
Just to give an example from the most recent episode, when talking about Michigan’s best three wins (Wisco, MSU, PSU) gets into an conversation about whether their QB was injured that completely ruined the flow of the podcast.
There are also far too many run-on topics that have little substance. To give another example from the most recent episode, Zach and Steve spent the first 15 minutes discussing Higdon’s (baited) guarantee against OSU. Every reasonable fan doesn’t think this is a big deal. It’s a talking point, sure - but quickly address it and move on to stuff that matters.
These two things are super common themes from all of the podcasts and make it painful to listen to, but I try to consume all things UM.”
