“Since discovering this podcast which my friend recommended to me I have felt so liberated from my constant obtrusive thoughts of self-loathing, trying to “escape my body” and feeling trapped in a cycle of dieting to achieve my goals. Truthfully I have continued intermittent fasting and it is hard for me not to track on My Fitness Pal but I am going to continue listening to these podcasts as my “therapy” to help me gain control around food and find happiness and satisfaction with my new body since having a baby. I love the mentality of ditching the diet and finding healthy ways to lose and maintain my weight. I have always struggled with my self image but never so much as since I had my baby 8.5 months ago. Elizabeth’s helpful tips have been an integral part in me learning to love my body again and as a new baby-making miracle machine. I am focusing now on hydration, movement and moderation with food. 20 lbs down in 16 weeks, a healthy pace 👏👏👏 Highly recommend! 10/10!”
