Heartbreaking yet wonderful
Robert Evans is a fantastic investigative journalist and War correspondent. I am deeply impressed. Having grown up as a (albeit white) woman in the Middle East this podcast was balm to my soul and brought me to tears several times. What inspiration the people and specifically the women of Rojava are. What fierce beautiful goodness resides in the hearts of people sometimes stuns belief.

I was so riveted I actually had to replay the first episode. Now impatient af just to hear more. This is the story we need right now — journalism showing you how it inspires beyond the story.
