Later, she attended law school at the University of Tulsa College of Law and practiced bankruptcy, corporate governance, and litigation at two local law firms before joining the in-house legal team at the Williams Companies, Inc., a publicly-traded midstream company in Tulsa.  Having a difficult conversation can be a stressor for many people. Cassia shares how you can use a candid and respectful approach to sharing unpleasant news. She shares several engaging stories on her journey of giving and receiving difficult information.
