A Thousand Times yes!
I stumbled upon The Working Genius podcast during a pretty challenging time in my career. I was working for an organization I love and had already been there for several years. I passed the information along to our CEO, who is already a Pat fan. I didn’t push it but stewed on it while really struggling with some recent additions to the team and poor processes they were implementing. A few months later, it was recognized that these new team members and processes weren’t working out and the CEO, at the same time, realized with the help of the Working Genius, that the key leadership team was lacking discernment. The organization was changed after this and we’ve successfully changed the mindset and implemented understanding of the Working Genius model across our organization of 700 people. It’s been wonderful and I love having this podcast to continue application of the model and hear new insight!
