Love the Foster Sisters but disappointed with the fertility episode

“I am normally a HUGE fan of everything foster sister related. I’ve loved every episode of this podcast so far. However, I was really disappointed in the fertility episode. First, claiming that she is a “doctor,” is false, as she’s an acupuncturist; not the same thing. Second, she claimed that you’re “literally at your most fertile starting at 31 until 35,” which is also false. I can totally support and respect that she’s coming from the spiritual and mindset side if things, rather than the science, but I think how she was portrayed was a little misleading. With all the science misinformation lately, I would have appreciated more of a disclaimer about how this isn’t scientific and is more prepping you for a better mindset going into trying to conceive.
Definitely will keep listening to the pod, though! Still love them and everything they do.”
