Listening to this episode from last week. I have also started the macro counting program after my 116 pound loss with WW. In reading the info on macros what you find out is that you can’t stay in deficit until goal every time. Sometimes you need to reverse or maintain for a bit to get your metabolism back in check. There are just more possibilities within macro counting. So far I shall also stay with WW. Good on you for continuing to track in both plans. I can’t bring myself to track with WW for now. I love that you are speaking about it, not apologizing to doing something more for yourself.
