Fear and anger are tied up in our ego but just having awareness isn’t always enough.   In this episode, Tom Cronin talks about using yoga and meditation to overcome the stresses that arrive when our nervous system is stuck in a space of fear and anger.  He also drops some great knowledge on how he produced a successful meditation business with some amazing tips for yoga professionals, and why he made a movie about meditation. Tom discovered meditation in the early stages of his career as a broker, when the anxiety and chaos he was experiencing had hit a crisis point, and it transformed his world personally and professionally. Founder of The Stillness Project, his ongoing work in transformational leadership coaching and corporate training has seen him working with some of the top companies in the world like Amazon and Coca-Cola. He has spoken on stage at conferences and events like Adnews Summit, Afest, Wanderlust and Mind Heart Connect.
