She is a certified teacher of Pilates Mat, a certified Restorative Yoga trainer with Judith Lasater, an Approved Professional Development Provider with Yoga Alliance and IAYT, a Certified Yoga Therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapists, and she is a writer, performer, and choreographer.
