Description
The "Wellness from Home" podcast series is one of the many online wellness resources Zest Wellness is distributing right now to help you stay on track with your wellness journey. In this second episode, we sit down with Zest Wellness team member, Glenn Duran. Glenn brings to the Zest Wellness team 15 years of experience in health and human performance. Over the years he has developed his personal wellness philosophy, “you must make quality investments in yourself before you can truly make yourself valuable to others.”. Tune in as we dive into topics such as calorie burn, the technical side of exercise, and effective home workouts that simulate your typical gym routine. Between being a father of five, and a multi-sport athlete, Glenn always finds time to incorporate wellness into his life. Glenn’s favorite books are The Way of The Superior Man and The Four Agreements. To toss in another favorite of his, mushrooms are his favorite vegetable. By merging his trade in exercise physiology, and corporate experience in financial services Glenn has found himself working in corporate wellness. His favorite part about being part of the Zest Wellness team is developing relationships with clients and collaborating with a like-minded team.
