This month our Head of Podcasts, Annabel May, visited the Cafe Scientifique event “The Sleeping Giant” and catch up with main speaker Dr Ryan Milligan – ex trucker and NASA researcher. Dr Milligan is a solar physicist and new to the Physics and Astronomy department in the University of Glasgow, but in the past has worked at the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center in Maryland, just outside of Washington D.C.
