“In all fairness I have not listened to many of their podcasts so I may not be getting a full picture of their theology. But I am hesitant to continue listening based on their episode about biblical counseling with Russ McCray, I think it was released on June 14th. I couldn’t get through all of it because there was something about it that didn’t sit well with me. Fast forward a few weeks and another podcast I listen to released a response to that very episode. It was the Women’s Hope podcast released on July 9th. I would recommend listening to both, and be in prayer, asking God for wisdom and discernment as you listen. I think the Women’s Hope podcast was excellent and cleared up my confusion. I have spent 10+ years being deceived by the evangelical church and now listen to several reformed, Baptist, and conservative Christian preachers and teachers. But even within those groups there can still be deception, so when something doesn’t sound right, I move on. I don’t want to be deceived again.”
