Not applicable for those new to Reformed faith
I have listened to Theology Gals for quite some time (at least a year). Many discussions are filled with overly “technical” terms, and many times those terms go undefined and assume the listeners understand the terms being discussed. Particularly, the episode where the guest discussed the book “You Who?” was frustrating and hard to follow. Many of the terms were not defined, nor clarified by the hosts. Simply, the discussion was hard to follow and not approachable. I’m finding the podcast not accessible as a person new to Reformed faith. I feel I’m a relatively educated woman. However, I am seeking discipleship. It feels as though the hosts have found their clique and preferred listening audience and aren’t eager to disciple or foster love of Reformed theology to new converts. Feels like a club that I don’t belong. 😔Will be looking for a different podcast for this new “theology gal.”

Meh
First I’m a theology nerd. Unfortunately this podcast doesn’t go deep enough to really give me food for thought.

A strong Biblical, Reformed podcast that offers encouragement and helps one to be discerning. Cannot recommend this podcast enough!!

This podcast is great! Coleen and Ashley take on topics that are relevant for today but no one wants to talk about from a Biblical standpoint. I listen every time a new podcast is released. Thanks ladies for all you do!
